The 1/2 HP sewage ejector pump 460VAC is an efficient utility designed to tackle challenging applications associated with the removal of water containing solids or debris from areas like sumps, basements and below grade levels where water accumulates. Equipped with a capacitating motor capable of handling heavy loads common in the sewage environment this pump offers users smooth operation within various industries relying on effective liquid waste management systems such as agricultural complexes, municipal buildings among others.
These general purpose three-phase 200 to 480V sewage ejector pumps use a higher voltage that allows for larger motors that require less current than lower-voltage motors. They also use three-phase power that's more efficient than one-phase power. Pumps remove sewage containing solids from drains where a gravity system won't work, such as in septic systems that are below the main sewer line. Three-phase pumps require a control panel.
