The Metal Hose 3 ID x 18' L is a flexible steel braided hose designed for quick connect/disconnect in applications where pressure, abrasion, and impact resistance are required. Its narrow inner diameter of 0.75 inches ensures efficient fluid transfer with low flow restriction ideal for high-pressure systems like air lines, hydraulics or water lines in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, mining, construction among others where maintaining constant pressure levels and preventing hose failure is critical to operations success. The stainless steel woven reinforcement provides additional support to resist punctures from sharp edges or tools while the PVC cover adds extra durability making it suitable for harsh chemicals or UV exposure conditions. With a long length of 18 feet, this heavy-duty hose offers versatility and ease of maneuvering even on heavy machinery offering users significant cost savings on replacement hoses and assembly time compared to traditional rubber hoses.

Smoothbore interlocked metal hoses have a smooth, abrasion-resistant internal metal liner that helps prevent damage to products being conveyed inside the hose and prevents material from building up inside the hose and restricting flow. These hoses are used for transferring plastic pellets, grain, wood chips, and other abrasive media and for loading and unloading trailers and railcars.

Interlocked metal hoses are made from a single strip of metal that is profiled and locked onto itself. They are also known as stripwound metal hose. The hoses' overlapping, or interlocked, sections can slide back and forth to allow the hoses to flex. Roughbore interlocked metal hoses have a rough interior and are suitable for general purpose applications.
