Standard-duty industrial pedestal fans cool heavy manufacturing areas and other dusty or dirty environments. Compared to light-duty industrial fans, these standard-duty fans are made of heavier-gauge materials, have a higher-horsepower motor that is totally enclosed to keep out debris, and feature more-robust motor bearings for a longer life.

Industrial pedestal fans have a heavy base and an adjustable-height post, so they can be placed on the floor and directed onto workspaces, machinery, or products.
