The wooden english sparrow trap was designed to be a typical ""birdhouse"" but there is a twist the front wooden panel drops down and inside the house is a spring loaded trap door and perch which is positioned below the opening so when the bird enters the house and lands to perch the trap door snaps shut. The trap has a fluorescent orange sticker affixed to it allowing you to check the status of the door from a distance.
